No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using this website, reading its content, calling our office, sending us an email or text message, or submitting a contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Gross Law Group, P.A. or any of its attorneys. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement, after the firm has completed a conflict check and agreed to represent you.
Until we have agreed in writing to represent you, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information. Information you send before an engagement may not be treated as privileged or confidential, and sending it does not mean we will take your matter or meet any deadline that applies to it.
Not Legal Advice
The content on this website, including articles, FAQs, and blog posts, is general information only. It is not legal advice about any specific situation. Laws change, differ from state to state, and apply differently depending on the facts, and some content may not reflect the most current legal developments. Do not act or rely on anything on this website without first getting advice from a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction about your particular facts. Deadlines (statutes of limitations) apply to many legal claims, so please do not delay in getting advice.
Past Results and Testimonials
Any description of past results, and any client testimonial or review on this website, is about a specific matter with its own facts. Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict the outcome of any future matter. Every case is different. Prospective clients may not obtain the same or similar results.
No Guarantees
No attorney can guarantee the outcome of a legal matter, and nothing on this website is a promise or prediction of any result.
