Travis Tarpeh has called Palm Bay, Florida home since early childhood, growing up with a strong sense of discipline, community, and service. A graduate of Bayside High School, he was actively involved in academics, athletics, and leadership—experiences that laid the groundwork for a focused and driven legal career.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Law & Society, from Florida State University. He went on to earn both a J.D. and M.B.A. from Emory University, along with a certificate in Transactional Law. He later completed an LL.M. at the University of Miami. While in law school, he gained valuable experience working with the DeKalb County Ethics Board in Georgia and interning with the City of Palm Bay.
After graduating, Travis served as a prosecutor in both Orange and Brevard Counties, where he handled a broad range of criminal cases—including DUIs, domestic violence, and battery—and successfully took cases to trial. He later worked in New York City with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on enforcement and compliance matters under federal law.
Today, Travis practices in Brevard County, advising clients on both transactional and criminal law. His background—as a trial lawyer, federal attorney, and business-trained legal professional—equips him to serve individuals and businesses alike with clear guidance, strong advocacy, and practical solutions.
